This room has its own private entrance i.e. does not have inside access to the house. The antique eastlake gentleman's dresser is only one of the lovely antiques in this room. The patio doors provide guests with a private walk-out to a two-tiered deck overlooking the courtyard with large old walnut trees with many gardens. • Room Rates
  $95 to $135/night, plus tax (13%).
  Note: Two-night minimum, three nights on holiday weekends..
  
• Check In/Check Out:
  Check in 3 pm to 6 pm and 7 pm to no later than 9 pm....check out 11 am.....flexible during off peak periods.
  
• Cancellation:
  A two-week notice of cancellation is required. Some flexibility will be given; however, for long weekends, special holidays, very short notice and multiple rooms, the two-week notice will be adhered to. A cancellation after the two-week notice period will result in a fee of the full amount, although if we are able to re-book these rooms for the selected nights, the fee will be waived.
  
• Room Capacities:
  Seasons House guest areas can comfortably handle ten to eleven guests. To provide for everyone's comfort, we strictly adhere to maximum room capacities. Note: children are included in the room capacity.
  
• Non-Guest Visitors:
  Please ask us before inviting family/friends that are not registered guests to visit with you on the premises of Seasons House. Seasons House guest areas are limited and need to be available to registered guests.
  
• Children:
  Small children (under 10) can be accommodated in the Secord Suite which is separate from the other guest rooms. Note: children are included in the room capacity.
  
  The comfort of our guests is a prime concern for us. Many of our guests are couples who have chosen to get away for a peaceful weekend. (Some have left their own children behind so they can enjoy a quiet time away.) As parents ourselves, we understand that some children are very lively and can cause a disturbance for others. We respectfully ask that you make a judgment on this, as we would not want your stay - or the stay of our other guests – to be unpleasant in any way.
  
  We require that children be supervised by the parents/guardian and not left unattended anywhere on the premises.
  
• Smoking:
  Seasons House is a smoke-free space. Please do not smoke anywhere within the building, on or near the porches, decks, and patios. A smoking area is designated on the far (south) side of the driveway and a container for butts is provided
  
• Pet-Free Guest Area:
  To protect guests who are allergic to certain animals, we have had to adopt a no-pet policy at all times in all guest areas.


• Open Flames, Barbeques, etc.:
  For the safety of guests and in adherence to our household insurance policy, the use of barbeques, candles or any item which involves an open flame is not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience!
